Fruit Salad with a Twist of Lime Basil

Ready in 15 minutes.

Serves 2 people.

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi, cubed
  • ½ c strawberries, halved
  • ½ c grapes or blueberries
  • ½ c raspberries or blackberries
  • ½ c cantaloupe or mango, cubed
  • 6 leaves lime basil, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • a pinch of himalyan salt

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, add  kiwi, strawberries grapes, raspberries, cantaloupe and basil leaves. 
  2. Sprinkle lime juice evenly over the bowl.
  3. Add a pinch of salt, and gently toss. Try to avoid bruising the fruits.
  4. Garnish with small lime basil leaves, if desired.
