Ingredients
- 1 kiwi, cubed
- ½ c strawberries, halved
- ½ c grapes or blueberries
- ½ c raspberries or blackberries
- ½ c cantaloupe or mango, cubed
- 6 leaves lime basil, finely chopped
- 2 tsp lime juice
- a pinch of himalyan salt
Preparation
- In a large bowl, add kiwi, strawberries grapes, raspberries, cantaloupe and basil leaves.
- Sprinkle lime juice evenly over the bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt, and gently toss. Try to avoid bruising the fruits.
- Garnish with small lime basil leaves, if desired.
