Ingredients
- zest of 1 lemon
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 24 chicken wings
- 1 T salt
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, add chicken wings, garlic, zest, and salt. Evenly coat chicken with marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Place raw wings thin skin up on a tray. Cook in an air fryer for 20 minutes at 400F.
- Flip wings and cook 20 more minutes at 400F.
- Tip: For extra crispy skin, cook up to 20 more min on the second side at 400F. Adjust to your personal preference.
