  1. Preheat oven to 325˚F (163˚C). (Optional tip: Line 12-cupcake pan with cupcake liners for easy  removal. )
  2. In a bowl, add the bananas and coconut butter. Mash until smooth. 
  3. Stir in the brown sugar, cinnamon, cacao powder, eggs, vanilla, salt, and flours. 
  4. Add baking soda, and stir until the batter is smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips. 
  5.  Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full with batter. 
  6. Bake for 25 to 35 minutes , or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Remove muffins from pan as soon as they are finished to prevent further cooking.
