Ingredients
- 6-8 Holy basil, fresh leaves
- 16 oz hot water
Preparation
- Fill two mugs with 3-4 Holy basil leaves each.
- Pour hot water into mugs. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy herbal tea. It is known to have relaxation effects, and also contain anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
- Note: Dried basil leaves can be used, but fresh is preferred
