Lemon Garlic Chicken Wings

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 24 chicken wings
  • 1 T salt

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add chicken wings, garlic, zest, and salt.  Evenly coat chicken with marinade.  Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  2. Place raw wings thin skin up on a tray.   Cook in an air fryer for 20 minutes at 400F.  
  3. Flip wings and cook 20 more minutes at 400F. 
  4. Tip: For extra crispy skin, cook up to 20 more min on the second side at 400F.   Adjust to your personal preference.
